Shoshin Ryu is a system of martial arts that promotes self improvement through self defense. Students learn a practical skill-set that can help them defend themselves in any situation, and gain confidence, self awareness and improved character and discipline through their training. We offer classes for children and adults and are currently welcoming new students.

Shoshin Ryu Class
Children’s Class: Age 7 to 12
Friday 4:00pm - 4:55pm for beginners. Friday 4:55pm - 5:45pm for advanced.
Shoshin Ryu Class
Adult Class: Age 13 and Up
Monday and Wednesday: 6:40pm-8:10pm. Friday 5:45pm-7:45pm.
